13-10-2007 Extra karate trainings on wednesdays from 24th of oktober till Xmas given by sempai Reinier. These trainings will not be traditional shinkyokushin karate. We will work with music. Goal of these trainings; improve your stamina and strength and getting used to working in rounds (building it up from 10 rounds of 30 secs in oktober to 10 rounds of 2 minutes in december!) Note that this is an experiment and can be terminated at all times (not enough participants) and might continue next year when succesfull. Your participation and devotion is the key for succes.
